Application

DYJ Series is widely used in most industries like metallurgy, machinery, oil field, chemistry, mining, power generation, transportation and manufacturing industry for the treatment of hydraulic oil, gear oil, engine oil, compression oil, freezer oil, heat treatment oil, etc. It can efficiently remove water, gas and mechanical impurities, light acid and light hydrocarbon from oil, and improve oil quality, resume its lubricating property and ensure normal operation of the equipment.

 

Characteristics

Strong ability in demulsification, dehydration and degassing process. Adopting large capacity, reinforced three-dimension flash evaporation, thin film evaporation and large area multi-level separation techniques so as to remove water, gas and light hydrocarbon material efficiently and quickly.

Adopting high-quality filter elements and sealing material with corrosion proof, high temperature resistance and excellent mechanical strength, it is suitable even for purification process of high-viscosity oil under rather high temperature conditions and by this way expanding its field of application.

Fine and precision multi-stage filtration system can remove mechanical particulates thoroughly and effectively.

Advanced high pressure protection device and infrared oil level control system for easy operation.

Perfect automatic and manual oil heating temperature controller, automatic cooling and separation device, simple, safe and reliable.

The equipment can also be installed with digital flow meter and timer for auto calculating and recording oil volume and working time. (it’s optional according to user’s requirement)

Application

TL series can be commonly used for on-line turbine oil purification treatment for turbine generators in power generation, metallurgy and chemical engineering industries. It is good at emulsion breaking, dehydration and removing soap, gelatin, acid, pigment and metal particulates in emulsified turbine oil and low-viscosity lubricating oil as well as turbine oil used in other machinery and electrical equipment.

 

Characteristics

Adopting coalescence separation technique and three-dimensional flash evaporation technique, it has strong ability to break emulsion and remove water from the oil.

Optimized electric heating system with automatic constant temperature controller ensures the oil temperature to be even and stable.

Precise multi-stage filtration system helps remove different kinds of impurities with high quality filter elements which have better pollutants-containing capacity and long service life.

Advanced oil level control system and pressure protection device make operation simple and safe.

Application

ZLA series is widely used for purification of all kinds of insulating oil, especially the fine purification treatment of high-grade new oil, imported oil and ultrahigh voltage transformer oil. It is conventional used for on-site operation in over 110KV transformer substation, especially suitable for operation in high-latitude areas. ZLA series also can be used as vacuum drying equipment for a variety of electric facilities. Furthermore the machine can replace vacuum oil filling machine for transformer oil filling operation in transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition. It is also suitable for high-efficiency purification process for other low-viscosity lubricating oils.

Characteristics

Double-stages, high vacuum pressure and high flow rate which help remove water, air, gases, solid particulates and other impurities from oil quickly and efficiently so as to improve the breakdown voltage of oil and maintain its insulating property.

Advanced dehydration and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash evaporation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil, such as water, air and gases.

Precise multi-stage filtration system helps remove mechanical impurities in oil with high-quality filter element is of corrosion proof, strong mechanical strength and wear resistance.

Application

ZL series is suitable to purify  transformer oil, circuit breaker oil, switch oil and capacitor oil as well as low-viscosity lubricating oil which are widely used in power station, power regeneration industry, metallurgy, petroleum and other industries. ZL machine can efficiently remove water, air, gases, and other impurities from oil and enhance its dielectric performance. It can be used on-line and on-site without interference of power supply or replacement of fresh new oil. Furthermore, the machine can also be used for electrical equipment vacuum drying and vacuum oil filling operation.

Characteristics

It adopts large-area three-dimension flash evaporation technique for unique, high efficiency dehydration and degassing process to remove oil and gas in the oil efficiently.

Safe electric heating system ensures even heating and constant oil temperature.

The equipment adopts chain control system in draining water and gas. No oil leaking from the outlet of vacuum pump, which will extend the life of vacuum pump.

This machine can cooperate with BZ transformer oil regenerating equipment to get rid of acid, dyes, free carbon, etc in aged transformer oil.

KRZ Series fire-resistant oil purifier is developed and manufactured by Jiangling Institute based on the characteristics of the fire-resistant oil and integrated with many types of purification and filtration techniques. It’s special equipment for purification and regeneration treatment of fire-resistant oil in thermal power plants, chemical plants and other enterprises.

This equipment is functioned to purify and regenerate deteriorated fire-resistant oil and phosphate ester, effectively remove acid, pigment, water, air and other solid particulates.

KRZ machine is made of special stainless steel materials to match the property of fire-resistant oil or phosphate ester with nice appearance, easy operation, low noise and long service life.

Application

JZJ Series Coalescence Vacuum Oil Purifier is an ideal equipment for turbine oil online treatment with strong ability to conduct demulsifying, degassing, dehydration and purification operation, which is developed by Jialing institute adopting international advanced coalescence separation technology. The JZJ series are widely applied to industries including power generation, metallurgy and chemistry etc and mostly be used for purify heavily emulsified turbine oil with high water content from power generators to break emulsion, eliminate water and remove negative impurities so as to get transparent oil and recover oil performance. It can also be used for deeply dehydration and precise filtration of hydraulic oil and other low viscosity lubricants.

Adopting international advanced &ldquo;coalescence separation&rdquo; technology, JFS series oil purifier is an on-line turbine oil purifier developed by Jialing Institute. it can be used as oil filtration equipment for emulsion-breaking, dehydration and removing impurities for all kinds of low-viscosity lubricating oil, as well as diesel fuel, gasoline fuel, kerosene, etc. With anti-explosive electric appliance and function, the JFS machine can also be used for purifying organic solvent such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene and xylene etc.

Application

The machine is mainly used for purification treatment of heavily emulsified turbine oil and low viscosity lubricating oil with high water content. Due to the obvious effect in breaking emulsion and dehydration, it is widely used in the power generation plants and factories. It can be working on-site and on line by connecting JFS machine to the oil container of the equipment, without interference of power supply, to conduct demulsification, dehydration and filtration operation.

GL series portable oil filtration & filling machine is developed and produced by Jialing Institute for oil filtration treatment and oil filling operation. It is ideal equipment for enterprises to transfer different kinds of oil from one container to the other, and at the same time the oil goes through filtration process to remove the impurities and increase the cleanliness.

Application

GL series are applicable to filter mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, turbine oil, insulating oil, gasoline and diesel engine oil and other low viscosity lubricating oil. So the machine is widely in application in power substation, oil warehouse and all kinds of industries. It&rsquo;s very convenient to transfer oil, filling oil, changing oil and filtering oil online by the GL machine for oil systems in different situation.

In case of the filtration treatment for drinks and cooking oil such as rage oil, sesame oil and peanut oil etc, the GL machine can adopts stainless steel materials and innocuous filter elements to adapt to the special requirements of cooking oil treatment.

LY series are widely used for industries of power plant, power station, power substation of industrial and mining enterprise, oil warehouse, petroleum and chemical industry, metallurgy and national defense etc. It is designed for filtering water and impurities of transformer oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oil and other oils with high precision and low cost. It can also be used for purify vegetable oil with full stainless steel material.

LY machine is composed of filtration bed, oil pump and primary filter etc. The filter paper or filter cloth as precise filter elements will be installed between aluminum alloy filter plate and filter frame. Under the pressure of press device, the filter plate and filter frame will form into a independent filtration chamber and the filter paper or filter cloth which are compressed tightly between the frame and plate will realize the oil filtration function.

The machine is with advantages of simple structure, easy operating and low running cost.

FZL Series Anti-explosive Vacuum Oil Purifier is specially designed for inflammable and explosive working condition in the industries of petroleum, petrochemical, Chemistry, coal mining,metallurgy and power plant etc. In order to meet different regional anti-explosive standards, Jialing Institute adopts Grade Exdeib II CT4 and Grade Exdia II BT4 as standards for our anti-explosive vacuum oil purifier. BKL series transformer On-Load Tap Changer Oil Purifier is developed and produced by Chongqing Jialing Oil Purifier Researched Institute, specially for transformer load tap changer oil and circuit breaker oil. It has become a kind of standard equipment that can be installed together with the transformers.

As a by-pass oil circulating filtration equipment, BKL series transformer LTC oil purifier can treat insulating oil online without interference of power supply, and remove water, air, gases, free carbon and oxidant so as to ensure the quality of oil. It can also extend the service life of LTC, shorten the time of equipment maintenance and changing oil, and lower the maintenance cost. All these make the transformer operation more stable, economical and simple.

The machine will be installed near the load tap changer permanently, as a kind of specialized maintenance equipment.

Characteristics

The machine uses three separation methods: liquid-liquid separation, liquid-solid separation, and liquid-gas separation technique.

No bubbles or foams are produced during operation.

The compounded filter element can not only filter solid impurities, but also be efficient for dehydration, removing -acid and keeping high breakdown voltage property and extending the service life of oil.

Operator can preset the operation mode. The machine can be run with the mode in auto start together with the operation of branch junction switch, or it can be controlled automatically at a preset time every day. Besides, you can also operate it manually.

BZ Series Transformer Oil Regeneration Device is developed and produced by JIaling Institute based on principles of physics and chemistry. It can regenerate and purify unqualified oil by using special oil purification agent and process.

Application

BZ series is mainly used for regeneration and purification process of insulating oil such as transformer oil, inductor oil, circuit breaker oil as well as low-viscosity lubricating oil. It can efficiently remove acid, free carbon, dye material and other impurities from oil without affecting the basic property of the oil. Function and Application

GKF Series Air Dryer / Dry Air Generator is widely used for big electric equipment such as transformer and reactor during maintenance to provide dry air. The dry Air it supplied can make the insulation of the equipment against wet and the service person inside the equipment against oxygen-lack. It is safer, more reliable, economic and convenient than Nitrogen.

During the operation, the working condition of GKF machine will not be affected by climate. As for overnight job , transformer and reactor will not get wet only if work man seals all flanges and fill dry air with pressure of 0.1~0.3Mpa and no need to fill insulating oil. By this way, work load to discharge and fill oil will be saved, maintenance period will be shortened and efficiency will be proved.

GKF machine can be working together with oil filling machine or oil purifier machine. It can produce dry air to dry the oil and oil tank so as to ensure oil insulation quality and reduce water content during oil purification and oil filling process in rainy days and wet condition.

GKF adopts high pressure oil-free compressor and low temperature condensation technique for dehydration with compact structure, light weight, easy operation, low energy consumption, safety and reliable performance.

ZJ Series Vacuum Oil Filling Machine

Working Principle

Filling  the new insulation oil into oil tank, move the ZJ oil filling machine near to the target equipment and connect all the oil pipes.  Start the three-way valve to evacuation direction(now all the oil paths are closed), start vacuum pump to evacuate the target equipment. The oil filling process will be finished under the pressure of evacuation process.




Application

ZJ series vacuum oil filling machine is specially used for insulation oil filling operation to oil-type transformers and mutual inductors. It can be also suitable for the oil filling to 110-500kv transformer,hollow conducting tube and on-load tap changer etc.  During the operation, firstly evacuate the upper head of metal expander on mutual inductors to vacuum degree -0.09 Mpa, then insulation oil will be filling into oil tank automatically from the bottom to normal oil level. The merits of this operation insists that the residual gas especially that in coil will be firstly sucked out and then all the gas in the equipment will be sucked out after the oil filling operation. By this way, the oil filling operation will be more safe meanwhile the oil will not be contaminated during the process so as to ensure the insulation performance of the electrical equipment. The machine is very popular in power industry as maintenance tools.

QSJ series oil flushing machine is developed by Jiangling Institute to solve the technical difficulty of cleaning operation of pipeline and oil system after the new equipment or hydraulic system installed and before its test running.

Application

QSJ machine is used for flushing and cleaning of pipe system in hydraulic or dynamical system in different industries. It uses high pressure flushing liquid to wash the whole pipe system of the newly installed equipment or equipment after maintenance before their normal operation. It will be capable of removing contaminants such as water, rust, foreign particles, loose scale, weld slag, sand, dirty oil etc. from the oil piping system and hydraulic system to ensure the equipment safety operation and steady performance.

 

Characteristics

QSJ adopts flushing liquid with high flushing pressure and flow rate, which helps to flush and clean the whole pipe system quickly and thoroughly.

The flushing agent can be water, oil or other liquid without acid or alkali.

The outlet is equipped with pipes of different diameter, which can be connected with equipment with different diameter inlet and to be washed at the same time.

The flushing agent can be recycled and reused.

The device is installed with over pressure protection unit and the back flow is of normal pressure.

This equipment is able to change all kinds of waste and used lubricant oils into high-quality base oil as well as a small amount of gasoline and diesel under the function of vacuum distillation. After pre-treatment, the waste oil will be pumped into the distillation chamber. Then the oil is heated to the working temperature to get the base oil and the small amount of gasoline and diesel. After the waste oil finishing the complete reaction in the chamber, stop heating and remove the oil residues, the equipment can be put in operation once more. The operation cost is very low and it only needs USD30 per ton to produce the high-quality base oil. Up to now, it’s the most advanced technique in world wide. It specially suits the small-scale production and is also very environment friendly.

The Main Construction Of Equipment

1.     Pre-treatment System: the waste oil will be pumped into distillation chamber after pre-treatment.

2.     Distillation System: The waste oil will be heated till working temperature through the burning of fuel or gas. At the same time it has the stirring system and temperature protection system.

3.     Condensation System: The gaseous hydrocarbon will be condensed into liquid base oil and gasoline.

4.     Oil storage System: The base oil and gasoline from the condensation system will be stored here at first, and then it comes into oil storage tank.

5.     Vacuum System: Satisfy the requirement of crafts.

6.     Filtration System: It can rapidly eliminate the mechanical impurities from the base oil and gasoline and get the high –quality base oil and gasoline.

The Output of the Oil Recycling

Base oil: 85-87% (the index is equal to SN150-SN200)

Gasoline: 5%

Oil residue: 6-9%

 

The Characteristics and Advantages

1.     This equipment has a low cost of waste oil treatment. It only needs about USD25-30 per ton. The catalytic agent adopted is a kind of cheap and basic chemical material. It can be bought in world wide.

2.     Simple operation: It only needs 1-2 workers to operate the equipment.

3.     Environment friendly: This equipment is with whole closed structure. It won’t release any gas which is harmful to human health or environment. The gelatin and asphalt-carbon oil will become oil sludge and can be used as asphalt or fuel.

WMR-F Waste Oil Regeneration System

This equipment is able to catalyze the waste and used lubricant oils into kerosene, gasoline and diesel under the function of vacuum distillation. After pre-treatment, the waste oil will be pumped into the distillation chamber. Then heat it till the working temperature through the burning of fuel or gas. Act as this, it’s able to get the kerosene, gasoline and diesel by distillation and catalysis. After the waste oil finishing the complete reaction in the chamber, stop heating and remove the oil residues. The equipment can be put in operation once more.

1.     Reaction Chamber: The waste oil will be pumped into distillation chamber after pre-treatment.

2.     Heating System: The waste oil will be heated till working temperature through the burning of fuel or gas. It has the temperature protection system.

3.     Catalysis System: After the waste oil reaching the presetting temperature, the gaseous hydrocarbon will become the ingredient of gasoline, kerosene and diesel.

4.     Condensation System: The catalyzed kerosene, gasoline and diesel will be condensed into liquid oil.

5.     Temperature control system: It ensures the stop of heating while the waste oil has already evaporated dry. 

6.     Tail gas treatment system: A small amount of gas having not been liquefied will reach the discharging standard after treatment.

1.     Diesel 80-85%

2.     Gasoline 2-3%

3.     Kerosene 2-3%

4.     Oil Residue 2-3%
